regarding the processing of personal data on the CPA-LIFE.INFO website
- TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Conference (Event) — an event titled CPA LiFE FEST 2026, held by the Operator, tickets for which are sold via the Website. User — an individual, including one acting on behalf of a legal entity, who uses the Website, views the Website pages and/or submits information and data on the Website.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data implemented by the Operator.
2.2. The Operator’s most important goal and condition for conducting its activities is to respect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of the right to privacy and personal and family confidentiality.
2.3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website cpa-life.info.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE OPERATOR
3.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
— last name, first name, patronymic;
— email address;
— phone number.
3.2. The User gives consent to the processing of personal data at the moment the User sends their personal data to the Operator by completing the relevant forms on the Website.
3.3. The Website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica and others).
3.4. Anonymized User data collected through web analytics services is used to gather information about Users’ actions on the Website, improve the quality of the Website, and enhance its content.
4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The purposes of processing the User’s personal data are:
— providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials posted on the Website;
— processing applications in order to provide additional information about the Event services;
— informing the User about the CPA LiFE FEST 2026 Event (including the dates 12–13 August 2026), as well as about any changes related to the organization of the Event, via email and/or SMS messages.
4.2. By providing their contact details, the User agrees that the Operator may send the User notifications about special offers and updates related to the CPA LiFE FEST Event. The User may opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at conf@cpa-life.info with the subject line “Unsubscribe from email notifications”.
5. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if the User provides and/or sends such data independently via special forms located on the website cpa-life.info. By completing the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy and gives consent to the processing of their personal data.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (cookie storage enabled and JavaScript technology enabled).
6. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION, STORAGE, TRANSFER AND OTHER TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the applicable legislation on personal data protection.
6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.3. Users’ personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases:
— related to compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
— necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy (including transfer to services providing ticket sales/payment acceptance/mailing services). 6.4. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update them by sending a notice to the Operator at conf@cpa-life.info with the subject line “Personal data update”.
6.5. The period of personal data processing corresponds to the period for which the User has provided consent, unless a different storage period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to conf@cpa-life.info with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The User may obtain clarifications on issues related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at conf@cpa-life.info.
7.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
7.3. The current version of the Policy is publicly available on the Internet at: cpa-life.info.
