PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the provision of services granting the right to attend the CPA LiFE FEST 2026 event
This document constitutes a public offer by LLC “KORTEKS” (hereinafter the “Organizer”) and sets out the terms and conditions for services related to the organization and holding of the CPA LiFE FEST 2026 event (hereinafter the “Event”) and for granting the Buyer/Participant the right to attend the Event.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS 1.1. Website — https://cpa-life.info.
1.2. Event — CPA LiFE FEST 2026 (a business festival dedicated to online advertising and affiliate marketing), held in an open-air format (outdoors) on 12–13 August in Saint Petersburg, on the premises of the cultural space “Brusnitsyn Quarter” located at 30 Kozhevennaya Line.
1.3. Ticket — an electronic document/record (QR code and/or other identifier) confirming the Participant’s right to attend the Event in accordance with the purchased ticket category.
1.4. Buyer — an individual acting in their own interests or in the interests of a legal entity who places an order and pays for the Ticket on the Website via the payment service.
1.5. Participant — an individual who actually attends the Event using the Ticket. The Buyer and the Participant may be the same person. 1.6. Payment Service — the Eventspack payment acceptance service.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 2.1. The Organizer undertakes to organize and hold the Event and to grant the Participant the right to attend the Event within the scope of the purchased ticket category, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the Ticket and comply with the terms of this Agreement and Appendix No. 1.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER 3.1. Placing an order on the Website and/or paying for the Ticket means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement (acceptance).
3.2. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment payment for the Ticket is received.
4. DATES, VENUE AND FORMAT 4.1. The Event will be held on 12–13 August 2026.
4.2. Venue: Russian Federation, Saint Petersburg, 199106, Kozhevennaya Line, 30 (“Brusnitsyn Quarter”).
4.3. Format: an open-air waterfront venue. The Participant is informed and agrees that:
— the venue may include areas with slippery surfaces (including after precipitation), changes in elevation, stairs, and temporary structures;
— parts of the venue may be located in close proximity to water and constitute increased-hazard areas;
— weather conditions may affect comfort during attendance.
4.4. The Organizer has the right to change the venue of the Event by notifying on the Website and/or using the contact details provided at purchase no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of the Event, unless otherwise caused by force majeure circumstances or requirements of authorities/the venue.
5. TICKET CATEGORIES 5.1. The following ticket categories are offered for the Event:
— “Festival Ticket” — the right to attend the Event on 12–13 August 2026 to the extent specified on the Website;
— “One-Day Festival Ticket” — the right to attend the Event on 12 August 2026;
— “VIP Ticket” — the right to attend the Event on 12–13 August 2026 and access additional zones/services to the extent specified on the Website.
5.2. The scope of rights and services for each ticket category is determined by the description on the Website and may be уточнено in the participant guide.
5.3. A Participant holding a “One-Day Festival Ticket” may attend the Event only on 12 August 2026. Entry on another day is not permitted.
6. PARTICIPATION TERMS. ADMISSION CONTROL 6.1. The Event is 18+. Only a person who has reached the age of 18 (eighteen) may be a Participant. The Organizer may request an identity document confirming identity and age.
6.2. The Ticket and/or badge is персонализирован. Transfer of the Ticket/badge to third parties is prohibited. The Organizer may identify the Participant at entry.
6.3. To access the Event territory, the Participant is issued a control wristband and a персонализированный badge. The Participant must keep the wristband on their wrist and the badge throughout their attendance of the Event.
6.4. The Organizer may deny entry/re-entry and/or remove the Participant from the territory in case of absence/damage of the wristband and badge, mismatch of the data indicated, or violation of the Rules (Appendix No. 1) — without compensation of the Ticket price.
6.5. A security check (screening) may be conducted at the entrance and/or on the territory. If the Participant refuses screening, the Organizer may deny entry without compensation of the Ticket price.
7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 7.1. The Organizer undertakes to provide access to the Event provided that the Participant complies with this Agreement and the Rules.
7.2. The Organizer has the right to:
7.2.1. Change the program, schedule, list of speakers/artists, the range of activities and locations without an obligation to coordinate with the Participant.
7.2.2. Restrict access to certain areas for safety reasons.
7.3. The Participant undertakes to:
7.3.1. Comply with the Rules (Appendix No. 1) and lawful requirements of security/staff.
7.3.2. Independently assess the risks of attending an open-air event, take weather conditions into account, and use appropriate clothing and footwear.
7.3.3. Treat the property of the Organizer and the venue with care and compensate for any damage caused in accordance with the procedure established by law.
8. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT SECURITY 8.1. The Buyer selects the payment method during checkout from the options offered on the Website.
8.2. Payments are accepted via the Eventspack payment service (bank cards, bank transfer, and other available methods).
8.3. Payment security is ensured by the payment service. The Organizer does not receive or store full bank card payment details.
9. REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION 9.1. A refund for the Ticket at the Buyer’s initiative is possible no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the start date of the Event, i.e., up to and including 29 July 2026, unless otherwise indicated on the Website for certain ticket categories.
9.2. Refunds are processed via the Eventspack payment service in accordance with the service rules. The refund period may take up to 30 (thirty) business days from the date the request is accepted for processing.
9.3. Bank and payment aggregator fees related to refunds are borne by the Buyer.
9.4. Rain, wind, temperature decrease/increase, and other ordinary weather conditions are not grounds for a refund provided that the Event takes place and access to the venue is granted.
9.5. In case the Event is rescheduled/cancelled, the Organizer publishes instructions regarding tickets on the Website and/or sends a notice using the contact details provided at purchase. In case of rescheduling, the Ticket remains valid for the new date unless otherwise indicated by the Organizer on the Website and provided this does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10. PERSONAL DATA 10.1. By registering on the Website and/or paying for the Ticket, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data (full name, phone number, email, and other data from the form) for the purposes of ticket sales, access organization, and informing about the Event.
10.2. The Organizer may send service messages related to attending the Event (ticket, participant guide, changes, entry rules).
11. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING 11.1. Photo and video recording may be carried out at the Event by the Organizer and/or partners/media.
11.2. By attending the Event, the Participant consents to the use of their image (photo/video) captured during the Event in informational and promotional materials of the Organizer without payment of remuneration, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the parties and provided such use does not violate the law.
12. LIABILITY 12.1. The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant’s personal belongings.
12.2. The Participant is responsible for соблюдение safety measures at the open-air venue, including near water and on slippery surfaces. 12.3. In case of violation of the Rules, the Organizer may remove the Participant from the Event territory without compensation of the Ticket price.
13. FORCE MAJEURE 13.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, floods, storm warnings/bans, fires, epidemics, acts of authorities, etc.).
13.2. If force majeure occurs, the Organizer may reschedule or cancel the Event by publishing instructions regarding tickets on the Website.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS 14.1. The Organizer may make changes to this offer. The new version enters into force from the moment it is published on the Website and applies to purchases made after publication, unless otherwise provided by law.
14.2. The laws of the Russian Federation apply to the relations between the parties.
14.3. Appendix No. 1 is an integral part of the Agreement.

APPENDIX No. 1 to the CPA LiFE FEST 2026 Public Offer Agreement
ATTENDANCE AND CONDUCT RULES
These rules are mandatory for all Participants of the CPA LiFE FEST 2026 Event and are intended to ensure safety and a comfortable stay at an open-air waterfront venue.
1. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT 1.1. The Event is 18+. The Organizer may request a document confirming age. If such document is not provided, entry may be refused.
1.2. Entry is granted with a valid ticket/accreditation. The Participant is issued a personal badge and/or a control wristband.
1.3. The badge is personal. Transfer of the badge/ticket to third parties is prohibited. If the wristband or badge is transferred, participation is cancelled without compensation of the ticket price.
1.4. The control wristband is single-use: once put on, it cannot be removed without damage and cannot be reused. The Participant must keep the wristband on their wrist while on the Event territory. If the wristband is missing, the Organizer may refuse access and/or re-entry without compensation of the ticket price.
1.5. Screening may be conducted at the entrance and/or on the territory. Refusal to undergo screening results in refusal of entry without compensation of the ticket price.
2. RULES OF CONDUCT AT AN OPEN-AIR WATERFRONT VENUE 2.1. The Event takes place outdoors. The Participant independently takes weather conditions into account and chooses appropriate clothing and footwear.
2.2. The venue may include wet/slippery surfaces, stairs, elevation changes, temporary structures, and areas in close proximity to water.
2.3. Swimming/entering the water is strictly prohibited.
2.4. It is prohibited to: — go beyond fences/barriers into restricted and technical areas; — climb over barriers, stand/sit on railings and any structures; — perform actions creating a risk of falling into water or getting injured (running in a crowd, pushing, etc.).
2.5. The Organizer may restrict access to the waterfront area and/or other areas if a safety threat arises.
3. CONDUCT AND PUBLIC ORDER 3.1. The Participant must behave respectfully towards other visitors, speakers/artists, staff, and security.
3.2. Aggression, fights, insults, discrimination, harassment, stalking, provocations, and any actions creating danger are prohibited.
3.3. It is prohibited to enter the stage, access technical premises, interfere with the work of staff and services.
4. ALCOHOL AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES 4.1. Bringing alcohol onto the territory if purchased outside official sales/service points of the Event is prohibited. 4.2. Participants are prohibited from being on the territory in a condition that poses a threat to themselves or others. 4.3. The Organizer may refuse entry and/or remove the Participant if there are signs of severe алкогольного/narcotic intoxication — without compensation of the ticket price.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS It is prohibited to bring:
— weapons, ammunition, any stabbing/cutting objects;
— explosive/flammable/toxic substances;
— pyrotechnics (firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers, etc.);
— glass containers;
— laser pointers; — bulky items obstructing passage and creating danger; — other items prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation and the venue rules.
6. SMOKING Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (if available) and in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
7. EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATION If an evacuation is announced, the Participant must follow the instructions of staff and security, remain calm, and not create panic. Any suspicious items/situations must be reported to security.
8. ENFORCEMENT MEASURES For violation of the Rules, the Organizer may refuse entry, restrict access to zones and/or remove the Participant from the territory without compensation of the ticket price, and, if necessary, hand the Participant over to law enforcement authorities.
