CONSENT
to the processing of personal data for users of the CPA-LIFE.INFO website
This consent is drawn up in accordance with Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, as well as the terms of the User Agreement published at: https://cpa-life.info Having reviewed the terms of the User Agreement and this Consent, the User confirms that they are informed and voluntarily give their consent to the website administration (hereinafter the “Administration”) to process the following personal data:
— last name, first name, patronymic;
— email address;
— phone number;
— information about the browser and device used;
— geolocation;
— IP address;
— requested web pages;
— source of referral to the Website.
The above data will be entered into the Administration’s information systems intended for personal data processing and will be used solely for the following purposes:
— carrying out the transaction for purchasing a ticket to the Conference;
— providing customer support;
— providing the User with information about the Conference, including information on special offers for purchasing tickets to the Conference, and notifying about changes to the date, time, or venue of the Event;
— providing the information about the Administration’s services requested by the User;
— organizing feedback (including upon a request for a callback); — ensuring the operation of the Website services, including registration and authorization (if technically available);
— clarifying contact and other details necessary for proper interaction with the User. Personal data is processed using both automated and non-automated means, in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of the rights of personal data subjects. The personal data will be used when the User requests a callback to provide feedback, as well as to clarify other information for the purposes of:
— enabling the User to interact with the Website, including receiving push notifications and informational mailings (purposes related to fulfilling the User’s request (processing an application to participate in the event, feedback upon request));
— conducting surveys and research aimed at identifying satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the Administration’s services and improving service quality;
— conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data. In connection with the above purposes, the User understands that their personal data may be disclosed to third parties and gives consent to such disclosure.
This consent is specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous. If the User provides data of third parties, including contact details, the User confirms that the personal data subject has been informed that the Website Administration will process their personal data. The User gives consent to the use of the provided personal data for sending the requested information by the Website Administration via communication information systems, phone calls, SMS, push notifications, emails, and other communication channels to the specified phone number and email address. This consent is valid from the date it is provided until it is withdrawn via the Website feedback form or until the purposes of personal data provision are achieved—whichever occurs earlier. The User has the right to request that their personal data be clarified, blocked, or destroyed if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or not necessary for the stated processing purpose. The User may also at any time request termination of personal data processing by sending a relevant request via the feedback form published on the Website.
The Operator provides the possibility to withdraw consent in a simple and accessible manner, including via the website interface or via a link in a mailing. The User understands that withdrawal of consent with respect to some data and/or some purposes may result in full termination of personal data processing to achieve the purposes of this consent.
In the event of withdrawal of Consent, the Website Administration has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006. This Consent remains in effect for the entire period until the processing of personal data is terminated.
The User hereby confirms that clicking the “Send”, “Submit request” (or a similar functional button) on the website https://cpa-life.info constitutes their free, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data and other terms provided herein. Such action is deemed sufficient evidence of the User’s intent, and no additional confirmation of consent is required.
